Rotala Rotundifolia Green, commonly interchanged with Rotala Indica Green, is a beautiful aquarium stem plant that retains its green hue even in intensely lit aquariums. This variation of Rotala is, like other Rotala plants, a prolific grower once established and will require routine maintenance to maintain the desired look. Because Rotala species are able to grow quite tall, we recommend planting them in groups in the background area of the aquarium. Results are improved with soft water as well.
