Proserpinaca Palustris, commonly referred to as Mermaid Weed, is a unique aquatic stem plant with saw-toothed edged leaves. It provides fantastic texture and vibrant green color in planted aquariums and is also ideal as a pond plant. Its flowing behavior is best for the background zone in planted aquariums and it fills space excpetionally well.
Propagation is simple like other stem plants: just cut the stem and replant the trimmings.
