Piptospatha Ridleyi is a rare species of Aroid that belongs to the same family as Cryptocorynes, Bucephalandra and Homalomena. It is characterized by various shades of green and random markings on the leaves.
Piptospatha Ridleyi is also a flowering plant that can be grown emersed or submerged. Low flow and low to medium light is preferred as excessive lighting can cause algae growth on its leaves, much like Anubias and Buce.
