Size Best For
30 g Nano and small reef tanks — trial size and lower-frequency feeding
60 g Mid-sized to larger reef tanks — better value per gram for regular feeding

How to Feed

Target-feed LPS and NPS corals by mixing a small amount with tank water and dispensing directly onto extended polyps with a turkey baster or coral feeder. For broadcast feeding, dose into high-flow areas of the tank. Start small — corals respond best to frequent small feedings rather than occasional large ones.

FAQ

What corals will benefit from this?
All photosynthetic corals (SPS, LPS, softies, zoas) plus non-photosynthetic species like sun corals and dendros that rely entirely on captured food. NPS corals in particular respond well to regular feedings of a varied blend like Coral Max.

How often should I feed?
2–4 times per week is a good starting cadence for reef tanks. NPS-heavy systems may benefit from daily target feeding. Start at the low end and watch coral polyp extension and growth before increasing.

Will this raise nutrients in my tank?
Like any coral food, overfeeding will spike nitrate and phosphate. Dose conservatively, monitor your water parameters, and pair with adequate skimming or nutrient export to keep things balanced.

Does it need refrigeration?
Store the dry powder in a cool, dry place with the lid sealed. Refrigeration after opening can extend shelf life, especially in humid climates.
