The excess of heavy metals in your aquarium can be toxic to your aquatic life.Two Little Fishies MetaSorbTM UHC is insoluble, non toxic, and the polymers rapidly bind and remove metals from your water. MetaSorb is made with patented polymers developed for the US Environmental Protection Agency’s Superfund Program. These metals can come from several different sources, including, but not limited to:

- Artificial seawater mixes
- Corroding metal equipment
- Pumps
- Etc…
Sudden mysterious aliments in fish, coral and other invertebrates may occur when heavy metals reach a toxic threshold. MetaSorb is a fine powder packaged in a small media bag which you then simply place in any canister, hang on the back filter, or in flow through sections of any sump or filter chamber.After a few days it can be removed and discarded, however, if you a pre-treating new water it can be reused several times.
