Shaving Brush does well in Reef Aquariums that utilize a sand bed as well as within refugium’s. We collect these from relatively quiet areas usually in close proximity to the reef rather than from the shore line in order to have a sand root ball rather than a muddy one. Shaving Brush plants occur near Pinecone Brush plants, Mermaids Fans, and Cactus Halimeda plants. Size is about 3 inches tall.
