The Octopus Motorized (ANC) Automated Neck Cleaner helps keep your Reef Octopus protein skimmer operating at peak performance by periodically wiping the inside of the neck where bio-organics typically accumulate. This excellent skimmer accessory not only ensures your skimmer runs at peak efficiency but also saves you the time-consuming task of cleaning the skimmer’s neck. As you know, buildup in the neck causes foam to stick to the sides, restricting the collection of skimmate within the skimmer’s cup.

Keeping the neck wall clean results in consistent skimmer performance and minimal downtime. This device uses twin squeegees to automatically remove the buildup from a skimmer neck. The (ANC) lid consists of a high-torque, low-RPM motor, wiper mount, lid with mounting clamps, and the squeegees. To operate this user-friendly device, simply plug the unit into a timer (not included) or aquarium controller and set it to run for a few minutes 4 to 6 times per day. By running it this way, you will never experience crud buildup along the walls of your skimmer’s neck. This will eliminate the daily chore of cleaning for two or more weeks while maintaining the level of skimmate production that you would normally get with only a freshly washed collection cup.

This Standard Limited Warranty applies and is limited as follows:

• To the product only as long as it remains in the possession of the original purchaser.
• To the product that has not been subject to accident, misuse or abuse.
• To the product that has not been modified, altered, defaced, or had repairs made or attempted byother than CoralVue, Inc.
• That CoralVue be immediately notified in writing within ten (10) days of first knowledge of defectby owner or his agent.
• That CoralVue, Inc. shall be given first opportunity to make any repairs, replacements orcorrections to the defective construction within a reasonable period of time.
• Under no circumstances shall CoralVue and/or the Manufacturer be liable by virtue of this warrantyor otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect, secondary orconsequential damages of any nature however arising out of the use or inability to use because ofthe product defect.
