The Octopus Motorized (ANC) Automated Neck Cleaner helps keep your Reef Octopus protein skimmer running at peak performance by periodically wiping the inside of the neck where bio-organics typically accumulate. This excellent skimmer accessory not only maintains your skimmer’s efficiency but also saves you the time-consuming task of cleaning the skimmer’s neck. As you know, build-up in the neck causes foam to stick to the sides, restricting the collection of skimmate in the skimmer’s cup.

Keeping the neck wall clean ensures consistent skimmer performance with minimal downtime. This device utilizes twin squeegees to automatically remove buildup from the skimmer neck. The (ANC) lid includes a high-torque, low-RPM motor, wiper mount, lid with mounting clamps, and squeegees. To operate this user-friendly device, simply plug the unit into a timer (not included) or aquarium controller and set it to run for a few minutes 4 to 6 times a day. By running it this way, you’ll eliminate crud build-up along the walls of your skimmer’s neck. This will remove the daily cleaning chore for two or more weeks while maintaining the level of skimmate production you would normally achieve with only a freshly washed collection cup.

This Standard Limited Warranty applies and is limited as follows:

• To the product only as long as it remains in the possession of the original purchaser.
• To the product that has not been subject to accident, misuse or abuse.
• To the product that has not been modified, altered, defaced, or had repairs made or attempted byother than CoralVue, Inc.
• That CoralVue be immediately notified in writing within ten (10) days of first knowledge of defectby owner or his agent.
• That CoralVue, Inc. shall be given first opportunity to make any repairs, replacements orcorrections to the defective construction within a reasonable period of time.
• Under no circumstances shall CoralVue and/or the Manufacturer be liable by virtue of this warrantyor otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect, secondary orconsequential damages of any nature however arising out of the use or inability to use because ofthe product defect.
