Local Pickup Only— Tigger Feast is a refrigerated live-marine product. To preserve freshness and skip cold-chain shipping, this item is available for in-store pickup only at our Lawrenceville showroom (1885 Braselton Hwy, Suite D, Lawrenceville, GA).
Reef Nutrition Tigger Feast is a concentrated suspension ofTigriopus californicuscopepods — a high-protein, naturally pigmented live food that targets-feeds LPS and soft corals, mandarins, dragonets, anthias, seahorses, and other picky reef-tank residents. The vibrant orange color comes from natural astaxanthin in the pods, which helps boost coral and fish coloration over time. Pair with live phytoplankton for a complete plankton feeding routine, or browse all aquarium foods on our site.
Why Reef Hobbyists Use Tigger Feast
- Whole-prey nutrition— large-bodiedTigriopuspods (~1500 microns) trigger natural feeding responses in reef fish
- Color-boosting astaxanthin— natural pigment that intensifies reds and oranges in fish and corals
- Coral-friendly target food— ideal for LPS (acans, scolys, chalices), soft corals, and gorgonians
- Mandarin & dragonet support— helps captive-bred mandarins transition to prepared-food tanks
- High EPA & DHA— omega-3 rich for finicky eaters and broodstock conditioning
- Refrigerated freshness— made by Reed Mariculture, the same hatchery that raises live feed for the world’s top public aquariums

FAQ
What is Tigger Feast actually feeding?
It’s a concentrate of large adultTigriopus californicuscopepods. Their size and movement make them irresistible to picky predators — mandarins, dragonets, anthias, and reef fish that snub flake or pellet diets often hit Tigger Feast on the first dose.
Are these pods alive?
Tigger Feast contains marine copepods preserved in a high-density refrigerated suspension. Some pods may be active when dosed; the product is fed as a target food rather than a refugium-seeding live culture. For self-reproducing live pods, pair with a Bulldawg Copepod Mix culture.
How long does a 6 oz bottle last?
For a typical reef tank dosed 2–3 times per week, a 6 oz bottle lasts roughly 4–6 weeks. Tanks with mandarins or seahorses dosed daily will go through it faster.
Why is this pickup-only?
Refrigerated live-marine products lose quality the longer they sit at warm temperatures during shipping. We keep Tigger Feast cold from delivery to checkout by handling it locally only — no warm UPS trucks, no porch arrivals.
Can I pick this up the same day?
Yes — in-stock units are ready for same-day pickup during showroom hours. Call or message ahead if you’d like us to set one aside.
