Pharmaceutical-Grade Soda Ash Aquarium Supplement

Reef Endurance Soda Ash is a Pharmaceutical-based reef aquarium supplement that mixes crystal clear with no unwanted impurities. Maintaining alkalinity within a range of 8.0-12.0dKH in reef aquaria will enable corals and other reef-building invertebrates to grow correctly. For best results, use in conjunction with Reef Endurance Calcium Carbonate as a two-part solution.

Mixing Stock Solution Instructions:

1 gal RO/DI + 375 grams (about 1 cup) of Soda Ash will create a solution with an alkalinity level of ~1.87 meq/L.

1. Fill a one-gallon container half full of RO/DI or distilled water
2. Add 375 grams (about 1 cup) of Soda Ash to the container.
3. Top off to the 1-gallon mark.
4. Secure the cap, shake the solution vigorously, and allow it to dissolve for 24 hours.
   Tip: To ensure all soda ash dissolves, raise the water temperature to 70°F (21°C) and mix for 24 hours.

Dosing Instructions:

46.4 mL of Soda Ash stock solution will increase alkalinity by approximately 1 dKH in 65 USG. It is not recommended to raise alkalinity by more than 1dKH per day.

Tip:If you have issues raising your alkalinity levels, ensure your aquarium magnesium level is between 1200 and 1350 ppm.
