Overview

The ECC Blue Plating Photosynthetic Sponge is a rarely seen and eye-catching addition to any reef tank. Unlike more common corals, this sponge brings a fresh twist to aquascaping with its deep blue color and smooth, plating growth.

Sponges like this aren’t seen often in reef tanks, which makes them a great conversation piece and a way to stand out from the crowd. Just remember, this one comes with a simple rule: never expose it to air. As long as it stays submerged during acclimation and placement, it’s an easy, fast-growing piece that brings a lot of character to your reef.
