The included ion exchange resin removes calcium and magnesium dissolved in tap water, creating soft water that reduces white residue (water spots) on glass surfaces and plants, allowing you to enjoy a clearer paludarium experience.
*The water softening cation ion exchange resin is effective for approximately 100 times use with a 500ml spray bottle.
